Built by Alaaddin Keykubat I and considered one of the symbols of Antalya today, the Yivli Minaret is one of the most impressive works of the Seljuk period. The minaret, which stands out with its height of 38 meters, is reached by a staircase of 90 steps. The Yivli minaret, which is seen to be built with cut stone, brick and turquoise colored tiles, offers the most impressive view of the Mediterranean and Kaleiçi to its visitors. You do not have to pay any fee to visit the minaret. However, this situation causes it to host quite crowded tourist groups, especially in the summer season.
